any tips for energy at night w/o caffeine?

    So i usually don't work out till 7pm on tuesday and thursday because of work and crowds at the gym but by than im usually pretty tired. i'm usually home by 9 and ideally in bed by 10:30. also im pretty damn sensitive to caffeine, on my saturday morning workout, 1 caffeine pill at 9am has me feeling like an animal and amped until about 6 or 7pm. what do you guys recommend i do for my evening energy levels that won't compromise my sleep too much? i suppose i could take a nap when i get home from work at about 5:30(usually i get home and cook my next days lunch/snacks before i workout)...any other ideas?

    it does have a form of caffeine in it. you get all the benefits of caffeine without the sides. oh yah and CRAZY ass fucking aggression, energy, and pump. rpm = :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

    I tried a sample of it once. It will definitely keep you up at night if you're sensitive to caffeine.

    looks like an interesting product...not the answer im looking for but im tempted to buy it just to take in the mornings, maybe im sensitive enough to caffeine that ill still be feeling it by the time i workout at night and hopefully the workout wears it off of me so i can sleep...any other ideas though? i tried taking a 30 minute power nap before the gym today, that did seem to help. a lot of it may have to do with the fact that im cutting. my only carbs are some fruit in the morning, veggies throughout the day and about 20g preworkout along with a good amount of fat and protein and another 30g post workout...

    if 1 caffeine pill at 9 am keeps you amped until 7 pm, then won't 1 caffeine pill at 11 am keep you amped until 9 pm?

    maybe switch up your diet too? a "good amount" of fat preworkout might bog you down.

    Ive personally have tried both and primal n20 is probably a little better for energy then rpm. I think your hyping up rpm way too much. Unless you just respond that crazy too it.

    also make sure to conciously breath very deep- more oxygen- more awake.

    does Red Blast have caffeine?

    I work out at 7-8pm too, and use red blast.

    It doesn't keep me up at night. Most other pills did. I always assumed it was the caffeine.

    Green Tea Extract. Drink some Green Tea!
    Most weight loss/eneregy pills contain both green tea extract and caffeine. I supsect if you find a Organic Green Tea (Trader Joe) it will contain Green Tea Extract which will help you stay awake and loose weight.

    1) Don't take caffeine pills... Try a small cup of coffee.

    Or

    2) Drink some green tea.

    Caffeine is a great pre-workout stim, but the pills tend to mess up your sleep schedule a lot more than coffee/tea will.

    Otherwise, Primal-N20 is a pretty good workout stim as well.

    RPM or AMP will have you fucking WIRED all night long.

    agreed......AMP is bonkers and from my experiance its no sleep time...

    NO ! take rpm in the morning or mid afternoon! dont take in the evening. effects will wear off in time for u to go to sleep if u listen to me
