I usually make a majority of my purchases of shaving cream/soap, razor blades(for DE razor), and alcohol-free aftershave via internet stores; are there any popular stores that may still carry some of these items? I'm looking for possible cheaper prices, but I've been coming up empty.

Check cigar stores for razor blades, or like a "men's gift" store. Thats about the only place I've been able to find blades at.

As far as soaps, etc, Bath and Bodyworks sells re-branded Proraso, which is excellent. Also, Crabtree and Evelyn or L'occitane sell some acceptable shaving products.
