Going to start the day at 6am with a few miles of light running to celebrate the beginning of my training.

I haven't really had to time to put together a training regiment but so far in a quick summary I've got-
      • ...in no particular order.
Of course they break down into smaller, more specific groups but since I need sleep I won't be listing those as well as specific skills and techniques. But right now it's about non-ball training.

I will have a more indepth discussion tomorrow after class. As far as suppliements go, right now I'm using mulit vits, l-lysine, fish oil and when I remember on those crucial work out days, ZMA. I have some muscle milk over at friends that I'll be getting back this weekend too.

Right now I have many weak points I need to focus on, I'll evaluate those tomorrow as well as setting my long and short term goals. So am I going in the right direction as of now?

Time to buy new training shoes and cleats to keep me happy. :fawk:

it looks alright. we used to warm up with a light jog around the field 4 times. stretch and then various individual and team drills. HIIT kicked my ass. sprint the pitch length-wise, jog the width. rinse and repeat. get some glucosamine while you're at it. my old coach recommended some ginko for alertness as well. i'd be interested to see what your detailed routine looks like.

also, what cleats are you getting? i'm currently using the predator pluse but i wanna give the nike laser a go.

I haven't played with them but I've seen them and they are horrible.

Probably because there is no organized practice sessions. I'm doing mens league next year.

I love how soccer gets bashed by people who probably have never played nor do you understand the skill and dedicated it takes to be a good soccer player.

In my league it depends what division you are in.

3 - guys who just want to get out and play
2 - semi competitive not not too serious
    1 - extremely competitive

The guys in division 1 are really good, and they practice all the time.

    Regiment updated.

I still have to get into more detail but there is more basis of what I'm doing.

My mile run today was a lot harder then it used to be.

Four days running with ball/non ball techniques and three days of weight training.

why glucosamine? I did a quick google and it's arthritis relief. I always thought about taking something to help my concentration, my mind always wanders. Any luck with ginko?
