One of my friends that was a track star in high school has been helping me with my 1.5 mile for the AF test because I hit a plateau that I couldn't beat. He had me start running lots of sprints between my distance days. After my last hard sprint session my right thigh has been killing me. Its directly in the middle of my quad. Just walking around doesn't hurt but the minute I start to jog it fucking hurts. My last 2 outings to the track to run I've had to curtail my workout because of the pain. Its a dull, but very deep, pain that hurts every time my foot strikes the ground. WTF did I do to my self? I really don't have much time to be able to lay off. I'm finally seeing improvement and the official test is gonna be in a few weeks. Did I just over train?
