Any other good sources of supplemental protein besides shakes?

    I tried protein shakes a few times the last few weeks and I've found out that it causes me diarrhea. I was kinda expecting this as I'm lactose intolerant (milk and cheese have the exact same effect on me). I even ordered isopure, with it's purified whey protein with no lactose, to no avail. :wtc:

    thanks for any advice.

    I eat plenty of food though. Aren't you supposed to take *supplemental* protein with it?

    the only thing that matters is that you get enough protein for your goals and body each day. where it comes from isn't important.
