    uses all body weight or just dumbells?
    I travel alot and have not been to the gym in years. I want to get into better shape but do not have a lot of time and most times not elot of equipment if any at all. Like I said I travel a lot. What kind of exercises and routines should I do?
    Any ideas would be helpful.

    if your not going to go to a gym which would be most beneficial then id suggest running, pushups, and situps
