I've been getting a fasciculation in my left knee the past 2 days and it's driving me fucking nuts. I've read that it can happen due in part to magnesium intake or lack there of, but I figured my Mutli has more then enough :dunno:

Other possible solutions to this problem?

I get it now and again.

Usually happens when I am taking creatine or when my hydration levels are less than adequate.

I thought it was a potassium thing, not magnesium :dunno:

I think potassium to do more with direct cramps, not so much twitching. I could be wrong though.

    Pretty sure that is correct.

Cramps are lack of potassium, but i've read that twitching can be caused from a variety of things such as over-exertion on the muscle, dehydration, etc...
