Im moved back in with my parents because I wanted the extra income to pay off some bills. Today while I was at work my mom came in my room and decided to do my laundry. The thing is she uses third world country shit like the harshest stuff out there. She threw in my fav jeans, an armani shirt thats dry clean only, a D&G shirt and one of my fav polo shirts.

I come home and my polo shirt is on my bed and its like all ravaged and shit and faded. Im thinking WTF is this thing and when I picked it up I figured it out. I looked through my stuff and had a heart attack. Mind you most of the stuff I got dirt cheap because of where I worked before but I wont be able to get them that cheap ever again.

What have you guys done in this situation and has it happened to you.

Ive been doing my laundry for years but I just had some clothes in the hamper and she had room in a load or something so she went to see if I had anything while she was at it and then bam.

my mom used to do that all the time when i was at home. i didnt care too much about clothes back then but i had a few of my favourites ruined by bleach spots etc. i finally told her that i appreciated her trying to help but that a lot of my things need special care. she stopped :dunno:

I've talked to my mom about it (I still live at home, 18 years old), and just said that I've got a lot of stuff that can't be washed, or if it can it has to be cold washed, and it's just easier for me to take care of it.

However, we have a big laundry room so my mom usually just puts the dirty stuff on the floor and then washes it from there. I told her anything I put down there she can have at it, but please don't go into my room and wash anything.

    hahahahahahaha

I really, honestly have no clue what is up with it. About 5 years ago, my dad sent it to me in an email, with the topic "Why not to fart in a wetsuit"

I thought it was hilarious, so I saved it to my computer. My first av on OT was a Jack Johnson cover (bro), but after like a month I switched it to this.

My mom accidentally grabbed a Club Monaco sweater that I left in my dry-cleaning hamper. It fits better now after a wash :o
