I'm trying to work on my powerclean. Basically my whole football team does shitty powercleans where no one drops down and front squats the weight up. I'm trying to fix my form and now I'm dropping to basically ass to grass and squatting it up. And does anyone think it's feasible to say go from 135x5, 145x3, 155x3, 170x3 powerclean with good form w/o wraps to 280-300 with wraps by the end of July. Granted though this was my first day of trying to use correct form and I could have most likely did 185x3, maybe more. Any tips?
