dude just get a basic speed rope.. they are cheap, fast, and don't get twirled up like all those bearing ones.

    Don't get twirled up?!?

Isn't the whole point of the bearings to prevent that? I've never had my rope twirl up on me

i just got a little plastic speed rope for like $2-$3 that works good. When I was training for boxing we had those ones with the plastic beads, I like those the best.
