 I sweat so freaking much there's no way I could do this. Hopefully when I cut down I won't sweat so much.

Off the topic, anybody else notice they sweat less when they are thinner? I don't remember sweating like this when I was 170. :wtc:

I used to work out during my lunch hour and it was usually a pretty tight squeeze.

i'd rather just rest after work for a bit then hit the gym a few hours before bed.

I hit it at lunch, then shower. Total time is about an hour 15mins. There is zero time to do it after work when you have kids, zero time in the morning either.

I did my training at lunch for a couple years. I really liked it because I had more energy to finish the day with and my head was clearer.

I would, but I usually take a shortened lunch and cut out early.

That, and there's no gym near my work :hs:

I have a gym within a couple blocks from work. I go every lunch. I'm usually able to get 40 minutes of weights in which works out just perfectly :wiggle:

I go everyday at lunch, it is amazing.

I'm working at one of the top law firms in DC for the summer, the gym in their basement is pretty sweet. I technically get an hour for lunch, but I usually run an hour and a half. They have individual showers and towel service if I feel like I need to shower after.

I eat lunch at my desk, usually two meals during the day and a shake. It sure as hell beats wasting an entire hour doing nothing during the day... actually the highlight of my workday which is good motivation to keep me going.:bowdown:

I wouldn't have time. I could fit my workout in no problem but not the 100% necessary shower afterwards.
