it happens to me all the time
Most I'll fluctuate is 4-5.
water weight maybe
losing weight is easy... gaining is hard for me
usually about 5 throughout the day.
between poops and large meals.
I was 210 this morning. I'd probably be 214-215 if I weighed myself tonight.
it's weird, I even check the gym scale when I dont believe my home one, and they are usally very close.

same here, usually it's like 1-3lbs or so, dehydration or not eating at night, things like that, play a factor in it.
Sure, go to Panda Express or something and get food poisoning. You'll lose 10lbs the next day.

i am up and down 2 - 3 pounds every day

yeah I usually am weighing about 7-8 lbs more later in the day than in the morning

First day of no carbs after my carb up i'll be down 7-10 lbs usually.
I actually thought that was alot until reading this thread. Guess it's not too bad overall.

Most I've ever done was around 5lbs
i've gained 10 lbs in a day and lost it all overnight a few times
I lost almost 15lbs in a football practice once running around in full pads in 100+ degree heat.
I was extremely hydrated so it wasn't exactly good times.
