    or do any of you dabble in it? im asking because most breakdancers have massive forearms. im looking to get into this and im wondering what you guys do to work your forearms

    They probably have large forearms from breakdancing itself, not tons of forearm curls in the gym.

    i dabble in it, i can still bust a windmill if need be :)

    i think the forarms gets worked from floor work and shuffleing, cause youre on your distal palm pads most of the time, which requires strong wrists.

    i but after a long session of breakin, i find that compared to a session ofn the heavy bag, the punching bag works my forarms more.

    I made a forearm roller too though just because I like my forearms.
