worth doing these things for shoulders?
I believe Timber does them. I used to do them when I was more involved in martial arts stuff but have not done them in years. I'd rather stick with OHP or DB-press.
not a bad idea to work them in for stability especially.
that being said, I usually stick with standing overhead press or push presses
i would imagine them all doing the same thing, except the blood rushing to your head
Yeah, timber does them...he tried to get me to do them once.
i do hand stand push ups, never got to stabilize it enough to do it without a wall though
I have occasionally done timed handstands at the end of my abdominal workouts. Shits good for shoulder stability and body awareness
i still need a wall too
I can do them, But they I shoulder press way more than I weigh. I prefer to shoulder press so I can go heavier.
I do regular push ups, I'm a real explorer.
i did them when i was looking for a job and couldnt pay for a gym membership. but now it just jerks and presses
