Any of you brolys drink Whey while working out?

    I know a few guys who do.

    Personally, isolate or amino's would help.

    a few times back in the day i drank muscle milk or a 20-30g shake during some workouts. I worked at the gym so just yanked em from the fridge as compensation for late paychecks. Cant tell if it 'worked' but i can tell you it didnt hurt. Stay hydrated with it though.

    60g karbolyn
    20g Bcaa
    20g whey isolate

    then eat whenever im hungry after.

    I'm pretty sure that what they mean by "while working out" is not actually "do a set, drink whey, do another set, drink more whey, etc."

    Just that they drank whey and worked out on a regular basis over the course of the study.

    Sometimes I'd drink a blend of WMS, creatine mono, and bcaa's but usually I just don't give a shit enough to bring a bottle full of shit with me to the gym

    This isn't rocket surgery people, more protein = more benefit. Fueling yourself with fast acting calories during a workout = more energy.

    I just drink water while working out. I can't imagine trying to choke down a whey protein shake during a work out, much less trying to keep everything else down after a heavy squat day.
