why? gas prices, convenience, etc? if so how long is it? do you consider this as your cardio? if do you still do cardio at the gym? do you take the shortest route there or purposely modify your route? type of bike? i haven't been to the gym since i moved to boston almost 4 weeks ago. i'll be starting back up some time late sept/oct. the gym i want to go to is about 5+ miles away so i figured it would be some good cardio in ~ out plus gas around here is like $3.30 a gal.
