My wife is really having trouble sleeping lately. I have to guess that its related to her working out because I can't think of anything else. She does a shit-ton of cardio, some moderate weight training, and eats well (appropriate carbs, protein, and fat). Supps are vitamins, fish oil, and Tight (the version for women). She takes the Tight at like 8AM in the recommended dose so it has at least 14 hours before she goes to bed. When she does sleep OK she sleeps in till 7-7:30 (I get up at 5 to lift ). I believe the Tight is unrelated to this because she was having some issues before she started taking it. It might have excacerbated the sleeplessness a bit, but not much. Any ideas?
