okay, so running and doing other workouts like that will help them show more?
yes. but also haveing more mass also makes them show more? a guy thats 180 cut would probably have better looking abs then a guy thats 140 cut? (no/yes?)
u have to cut for them to come out more. so just losing the fat around the stomach area will make them come out more.
you dont need to cut, you just dont have much muscle there to begin with

You're all bones with no muscle, but you're young. You have plenty of time to put on some lean muscle. Start lifting and eating a bit more than you're used to. If all you want are abs it's going to look like shit when you don't have a chest or shoulders
so far i have big arms and shoulders along with the stomach, im not going for abs alone
big arms and shoulders eh? what size? going from this one picture alone, your chest is small so it would look rather odd if you had big arms and shoulders
overall mass will build a solid core
You do not have big arms, unless you have the most god awful forearms I have ever seen

ye.. need more mass. u think u have big shoulders arms. like the guys. i dont need to workout my legs i have big legs from playing football :lol:
You pretty well have two options, eat more, gain more muscle, and have better abs and hopefully everything next year or eat less, lose some fat, and better display the muscle you do have.
