Heres a few I've been watching... Dino "Dynamite Kid" Aguilar Really good wrestler, very athletic all around. Extremely explosive. His first fight he kept the guy on his back the whole time but had to fight his way out of several armbars hence the split decision. I think if it was a 3 round fight he would have finished it. Keep in mind also he'd just barely started training at the time. Second fight was a war, but Dino pretty much controlled it (I'll try to get a video to upload, good fight). He's a friend of mine, really nice guy and he trains hard. His stand-up has been looking really good lately, remember the name. http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/fightfinder.asp?fighterID=14717 Morris Aldaco Had one fight back in 04 (TKO win in 3 mins) and two more in the last 2 months or so. Both legit, one punch standing knockouts, one in 36 seconds and the other in 53. KO power in both hands and he picks his shots well. Supposedly has good wrestling and decent submissions. Did a bjj class w/him once but didn't roll with him or really pay attention to what he was doing. He's been fighing at 185 but I think he's better suited to 170. http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/fightfinder.asp?fighterID=9757 Shawn Klarcyk Like a mini Matt Hughes. Shoots, elevates, dumps and pounds. Very strong and athletic for his weight (145) but too small to really be a force at 155. Still, I think with some more fights he'll be ready to give some of the top 145'ers a run. I've trained with him a couple times, he's an animal at that weight. 4 fights, 4 1st round TKO's. http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/fightfinder.asp?fighterID=15347 Any up and comers in your area you think have a bright future?
