Might be selling mine. Just picked it up off a guy on OTAP not too long ago, but my situation has changed and I'm in need of a telephoto more...so I'm just seeing if anybody here is willing to pick it up.

~2.5 years left on warranty, comes with original receipt, purchased from original owner, like new, comes with hood, front and rear caps, blank warranty card included. Comes in the original box.

    $460 shipped Or trade for a 70-200 f/2.8, I can't add anymore :o

I'll get pics for those who are genuinely interested. Which really means...I'm too lazy to take any right now...and I'll probably handle that tomorrow.

edit: anybody want to post this up for me on any other popular nikon forums? will paypal 20 to you if it sells :hs:

if you still have it mid/late Feb, I could be very interested. This is the next lens I plan on buying, but right now i'm sinking all my $$ into a gallery exhibit that opens Feb 6th. Can't do anything til I recoup from that.

I don't want to get rid of it, but with my current budget and needs for photography, it'd make more sense to own a nice telephoto right now.

I just spent 500 at the vet for my cat :o

I might actually be fairly interested. I could easily sell my tokina 12-24 for 375 and get that which is sharperrrr hmmmm

:o i've never understood people who spent that much money on a pet, guess that's part of growing up on a farm. if a cat or dog got sick, we just "put it down" ourselves.

I would be 100 percent down with that, they are both great lenses. Just let me know what you want to do.

12-24 comes with box hood lens, all in great condition. No pressure, just an idea :big grin: I don't NEEEED it but would love it :big grin:

go to ups, fedex, or usps website and calculate it :dunno: just remember, for some reason usps is usually cheaper than fedex, but fedex actually handles the delivery once the package leaves the us.

Yup, and I had some fun with it, but realized I need a telephoto way more. I'm renting a 70-200 f2.8 vr for the weekend. The 11-16 chills in my gearbag most of the time when I'm actually out shooting :hs:

Oh hey your local didn't notice that. For the 70-200 2.8 are you looking for the Nikon or any interest in a Sigma 70-200 2.8 HSM II ? I'm in the Fremont/Newark Area.
