Im new to this forum and I was hoping for some insite. I sprained my wrist a little over a year ago. (I tend to lift free weights) the day after I lift weights my arm almost feel numb and its obviously sore. I have the consant feeling of popping my arm and even that doesn't help. Are there any exercises I can do that will give me a tone and maybe strengthen my wrist?? I try push ups and after that my bust feels swollen under my arms...any suggestions?? I know im a mess.
