ive never had a blog, but dont you think youre lacking some content?

Most of your articles are 1/2 sentence in length.

there's no 100% way to guarantee ad clicks

it looks like your blogging about random ass products, so in the article post referral links to buy those products.

and once again, give the users something to read. why am i going to spend time on your websites, and view your ads, if you have nothing for me to look at?

no target audience...your posts are all over the place. That's the first thing you need to establish if you want good/consistent traffic.

It seems you are too focused on just making money/getting clicks instead of traffic/loyal visitors which at the end will equal more clicks... just forget about the money for a while and build a blog you would enjoy if you happened to be a random visitor and not the webmaster...

if you want to make it a gaming site, i would go back through and delete all old posts that have nothing to do with gaming

also it would never hurt to look into getting your own domain names and trying it out on your own

getting my own domain would cost money wouldnt it?

im not sure how to do html and javascript and all that.

blogspot is easy cause its all laid out for me to do without really knowing how to do everything

imo looks uninspired. You need a good layout to draw people in, then get people coming back with good content, then put ads on the side. Blogs are oversaturated, you need to pick a good niche and stick with it to get results.

It's worth investing in a good domain name, good luck on finding one though.

As for coding, wordpress is just as easy cause it'll do all the tough stuff for you.

If you actually want to build the site up and have people come back and such, getting a domain and putting it on it's own site now is a good idea. WAY better than it getting some ok traffic then deciding to change it over later. It can be pretty cheap and pretty easy to do.

wordpress makes putting up a site/blog SOOOO very easy. Might take a little bit to figure out where things are or how to do it but there are tons of free themes and plugins that can do pretty much anything.

If you decide to get a domain/hosting and need help setting it up we can help. You should be able to get something basic that will be good enough for a blog/site for $5-6 a month. A little more if you want something with unlimited addon domains but worth it if you plan to do more than one site in the future.

Edit: if you think you are into writing and motivated I could set up a gaming blog on one of my domains that you could post on...we could split the profit, if any, once it comes in ;).

haha splitting profit sucks but thanks for the offer

okay guys im having trouble putting google ads at the bottom of my post. heres an example:

    http://fantasybaseballpro.blogspot.com/

heres the problem, i cant get adsense at the end of the post.
Google creates the script for me, i go to edit html for that post and i paste it at the end of my paragraph, but the ads just arent showing up.

    why is this?

As you can see there is a big chunk of space with no ad at the end of my latest post.

Videos are a way to draw clicks to your site.
It's as good as any content you'll find, to complement text.

no really knowing their software and how it works it is hard to say i could tell you how to do it in wordpress

but at this point i think you would make more spliting with jester than you would using this shitty free blog site

your hands are tied on what they allow and what you can do

yeah i was just reading some of the agreements with adsense.

apparantly your not allowed to put an ad on the body of ur paragraph... cause i see that thats how some people strategically place it.. i guess i am limited.

You can fit content around ad units...just not disguise them. I don't think you were doing anything wrong as far as adsense...just the code of that crappy blogging software heheh ;).

How many ad units did you already have displayed on the page? Only allowed 3 of the regular blogs so maybe you just had too many already?
