I have only free weights and no bench (thinking about picking one up some day). I'm trying to workout my upper body, abs, chest, shoulder, and arms since i'm thin and small.

I have a couple shitty bars (not oly; bending) and sand weights (not a lot of 'em either) but I'm still somewhat of a lifting n00b so I'm able to work on form. Worked on snatches today and I feel much more confident in my form. :wiggle:

But yeah, your best bet is to:
    1. Go to a gym
    2. Work legs.

Pay a membership fee or pay for a decent home setup.

get drunk/high and go out and commit a few felonies. Then turn yourself in and get into a good prison. They'll have all the weights you could want, and they'll even feed you.

Yes, I know this would have a few minor drawbacks, but at least you wouldn't have to pay to use a gym every damn month.
