any good tips for when you are really sore? to lessen it

    i know i haven't torn anything, i am just sore as shit

    -do some very light high rep stuff for the muscle that hurts
    -dynamic stretches
    -massage
    -epson salt bath
    -contrast shower

    :werd: either that or the hottest shower/bath you can handle, i've found that personally an extreme of temp helps the soreness go away so either really hot or really cold.

    i took a 1/2 hour bath with epson salt last night. it was great

    is hould have hit the gym and worked my arms lightly yesterday, it probably would hav ehelped stretch them

    I have not been getting very sore until I started cutting. Since then I have been getting sore as a mother. Try eating more if you are bulking.

    i just started lifting last week, so i have been ramping up my food intake

    about to go shopping now.


    what worked best for me was soaking in salt and then today going and lifting. after lifting (did chest and delts) my arms feel a lot better. stretching sure helped as well
