MMA Any good gyms in LA Area for female beginners?

    Im trying to get my sister into jiu jitsu and I wanted to know if there are any good gyms in the SGV for females and beginners?

    Anyone have any tips?

    My only tip is to call all of them in your area, and see if they will let you attend a class for free. Try em out, the only way you'll find a good school is to check them out for yourself and see which one works for you the best (and if it suits you better, chances are you will stick with it longer).
