Something along the lines of Snapstream Media Beyond TV.

I need it for a tv tuner card.

Mediaportal is best media center I've come across so far. Media Portal 2 looks amazing too, I can't wait for the full version to come out.

Too bad MediaPortal doesn't, nor does it look like it will ever, support my HDTV tuner card (MDP-130) :wtc:

I used mediaportal a LONG time ago and tv guide sucked ass (never got it to work right).

Before loading and blowing a lot of time on it I'd read to see if the tv guide has gotten easier to configure.

I couldn't get mediaportal to recognize my card, and it installed a crap load of sql stuff that I didn't need.

I found a small program called Easy HDTV that works perfectly.
Installs in seconds, scans the channels fast enough, and I was watching tv in 5 minutes.
It does cost $20, but I love simplicity so it's a go when the trial runs out.
