any good articles on returning to the gym, after an injury?

    I'm not lifting any real weight, and won't be for a while. However, even when pressing 15lb db's, I'm scared something is goinng to either tear or explode or whatever.

    I need a good step by step guide on how to get back in the gym, and not get the same injury I had before, and maybe so tips to not be so afraid of weight...I think thats going to be a problem.
