For about 2 months after I got my cast off ( 5 month layoff from lifting ), my golf game was at a high point. Muscles weren't too tense or tight, a lot more loose due to, I'm guessing, the absence of lifting. I'm on week 6 now of my routine and while I'm fitting my clothes again better, my golf swing has gone down the shitter due to the decrease in flexibility. Any of you broly golfers have any good stretches that you guys do to get some of that swing flexibility back? The gap between my left arm and my chest at the top of my backswing is fucking HUGE. I can't get it any closer without it feeling extremely sore. Help a brotha out.
