Which glock? How did it shoot?

Was it a good purchase, woudl you do it again?

Any technical issues? Quality of product, fit and finish?

Interaction with the manufacturer - did they stand behind their product?

Looked at the walther P22, but I'm trying to train myself with the 17, so I'd really like to stick with it.

I'd go for Advantage Arms over the Ceiner kits.

I've heard nothing but good things for the Advantage Arms ones.

My club is going to start a .22 action pistol match. USPSA/IDPA "like" but with .22's. And I'd like to use the holsters and mag holders I have now, so I've been debating on whether or not I just buy a whole new fully dedicated .22 pistol or get this conversion kit for my Glock. Too bad mags are 50 bux a pop.

My buddie had one for his G30. Just sold it actually.

It worked fine with quality ammo. We had to use the reload helper tool because the mags would chew our fingers up.

    Nice quality pieces.... use CCI.

shot a club g17 with the aa conversion a few times... like all .22 pistols it has its favourite ammo, but use anything other than that and it fte/ftf every 4-5 rounds :hs:

no complaint about the accuracy tho

I have shot a Glock 17 with a .22 kit and it shot ok. It wasn't the most accurate gun but most .22s aren't. There were no jams, it it wasn't too picky on ammo (it didn't like the ultra cheap stuff) and it ejected fine.

Still waiting on my AA kit for my 1911. Ordered 4 1/2 weeks ago. 6-8 week backlog so might be another 2-4 weeks. :sad2:

Kit + 2 spare mags (3 total) was like, $360.

I bought an AA.22lr LE kit. I was undecided on which of my Glocks to buy it for, but I eventually settled on buying it for my G19c (compact frame). The kit is actually very light compared to the OEM 19c slide/barrel.

Going against the manufacturer's recommendation, I took it out to the range and tried some 36 grain .22lr ammo (cheap stuff). I was getting about oneb FTF/FTE per four rounds. I was not thrilled at this point, but I HAD gone against AA's recomendations.

The following week I went back and bought some CCI MiniMax 40 grain ammo and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Make sure you feed it 40grain ammo and you will be a happy camper!
