Reading good things about it on the forums over at bodybuilding.com, anyone here have any experiences with it?

I'm taking protein and creatine supplements only right now, but thinking about going either the bulk powder or MAN Body Octane routes.

sounds intersting. My new product I've been into is HMB, it's an anti catabolic agent, that is supposed to reduce cortisol. It's been clinically tested on AIDS patients with great results, I'm also having great results since I started taking it, but I cant be sure how much of those results are from the HMB

I thought we established that HMB is worthless. But I'm sure your great results are all HMB and have nothing to do with the 750mg of test you're on.

I dont remember that being established, do you remember which thread it was in?

And yes, I typically assume 100% of the gains have something to do with the testosterone saturating my body, that's why I cant be too sure what's working right now.

HMB was one of those supplements that had initially great studies but failed to deliver.
I want to try a beta alanine product myself next time I take creatine.

Yeah I wasn't calling you out just saying you can't really tell what supplements are doing anything right now :p

And I think despite the studies it never really took off or was accepted in the bodybuilding "community" but who knows.

Is there a list of supplements that actually do work? It seems like every time a product hits the market, theres tons of info saying its great, then a few months later people realize that it was a placebo effect and that its really just an insignificant way to spend $
