What can I do to improve my flexibility?
I need to be able to kill this test:
is that the "touch your toes" test box?
front heel and front kicks
dynamic stretching. I do it for goaltending.
dynamic stretching pre-workout, static stretching post-workout
what has improvedm y flexibility more than anything else in the past (especially for my legs/hips) was doing a lot of muay thai on a heavy bag... kicking as high as possible stretched out necessary muscles without pulling them, becuse i was only kicking as high as I could within my range of motion...
haven't used the bag in over a month though and now i feel like shit... flexibility doesn't seem the same
