yea i need to get a real camera. For the last couple of months i been trying to concentrate on my chest more. And after 2-3weeks i hit a plateau. But i just realize it's cause my diet sucks. And without a consistent diet, i end up overtraining too easily. after a few days off, i feel alot stronger. i'm thinking about adding in a supplement. Possibly just some cee, but i'll be willing to try some new maybe a creatine mix (sizeon, superpump250, etc). What do you guys recommend.

I'm only using whey occassionally at the moment. I also need to pick up some vitamins also, haven't gotten any since i ran out a few months back. I'm just looking for something to help me recover better so i don't burn out so fast. I'm still undecided on using plain cee or getting a mix which might help with energy levels and what not. I did put on about 2-3lbs since june, but it might just be some water weight or fat

i dont know, ive heard creatine monohydrate is just fine. you can try cee and see if it works better for you. for recovery i just think the best thing you can do is get a lot of sleep as well as proper nutrition

I did improve my lifts slightly. But they are so inconsistent, i only go heavy on the compound lifts like once every other week. I feel like i'm burning out after a week, if i go heavy on squats/bench/deadlifts all in 1 week.
But as for the last couple of months these were my PR's.

i don't really have a hard time getting some PR's on squats/deadlifts, but thats not what i want to get stronger at at the moment.
    Bench
    225x4
    Box squats
    275x5 x 2 sets
    Deadlifts
    355x5

looks like you lost some size since 2months ago. it could be the lighting and angle differences.

You look better in the before pic because of the lighting. Looking thick either way.

i'm 5'6 around 153lbs now. yea my bench is really weak, but i only started using barbells for pressing for the past few months. I'll usually go up to 90s on incline presses and 75lbers for db shoulder presses. I'm trying to get better at benching,
