there are different sources of caffeine. anhydrous is the stuff they make in a lab. pure caffeine, synthesized i think . then you can get natural caffeine from sources like guarana or green tea. they absorb slower i think, but "feel" better to me.

but really it makes no difference. get the cheapest.

ahhhhhhhhhh, i see. thanks a lot man

yea i decided to go with prolab caffeine, $6 for 100 pills..each containing 200mg caffeine anhydrous and 75mg calcium...seemed good to me, and had good reviews

one more thing. health wise, since it is made in a lab and not natural, its not worse for your health or anything (well i assume its probably a little worse than the natural stuff, since its not natural) right, nothing to worry about? as for tolorence, how do you do it? 2 months on pills (like 1-2 every time before you workout) and 1 month off so you dont build tolerence/dependance?

all the same as far as "safe"

not sure how people do caffeine. i just do about 200mg before workouts or in morning on days i'm tired. just stop doing it if it stops working after a while. you are prob. over thinking this.
