I recently came across crossfit workouts and am interested in getting started with them. I would like to hear anyone's experiences with it.

i used to do it for a couple months but had to stop b/c of work hours.

i really enjoyed it. a little bit pricer than 'typical' gyms but you could just do them at home if you have the equipment too. felt like a change of pace from just weights and picked this up. felt really good about the workouts and i would feel a lot more refreshed after the workouts. pretty cool learning how to do the olympic style lifts too which i hadn't done before at mega-gym. if it taught me anything, it showed me how terribly out of shape i was before i started there.

    Which one in san diego?

Only tip I can give is pace yourself. If you're doing anything horribly wrong they'll let you know.
