any chest exercises that are easy on teh shoulders?

    My shoulder is semi messed up at the moment, so i'm not going to bench for a week or two.

    Any exercises i can do in teh mean time so i don't lose all my boobie strength? Will flys hurt too?

    not a whole lot you can do. just let it recover properly

    take a week or so off from lifting and just rehab it, your body wil thank you

    best advice. Do some rotator cuff strengthening and stretching, warm it up before you stretch and then ice it after.

    oh, and should i not lift at all for a little while, or just not bench?

    Obviously what you should do depends on what exactly happened to your shoulder. "Semi messed up" is not really a thorough diagnosis.

    stay away from anything that makes it hurt. Listen to your body. If it hurts, don't do it. Do a search on google for rotator cuff exercises. You will find more than enough info.
