Any cheerleaders/yellleaders have specific workouts?

    I blew out my right shoulder in college cheer when I caught a girl coming off a lib with my right shoulder accidentally out of the socket (duh, who would purposely dislodge their shoulder?). And I've only been coaching ever since.

    But now I'm opening a gym for tumbling and competitive cheer and am looking to be in shape for it.

    Any tips to work around injury but still be back in shape for tossing bitches and throwing handsprings again?

    Perform a lot of squat thrusts with the cheerleaders themselves. You'll get HUGE.

    i don't think girls catch other girls (which caused his injury), unless i'm wrong. sounds like a dude.

    I know some male cheerleaders that are fucking jacked... one I know has to be 250-255 @ 8-10%. I know a couple that fuck a bunch of cheerleaders too. Sounds like a win/win situation to me.

    I'd rather be 250, jacked, and fucking cheerleaders and rock a megaphone than be insecure with my sexuality and make fun of said jacked dudes on an internet forum. :dunno:

    a friend of mine is a cheerleader here at GA Tech....unlike most schools GT tests their cheerleaders even though the NCAA doesn't...

    he said going to Nats every year is like going to a BB show...

    We had some pretty big male cheerleaders at my university. The two I knew I am pretty sure were not interested in their squadmates, if ya know what i mean :greddy:

    You guys all pretty much show the strata of what we hear as male cheerleaders. I'm the first one to admit that a good margin - about one in four in my experience - of yell leaders prefer the company of other men.

    Half are straight and athletic, and perfectly capable of scamming cheerleaders ass constantly while performing their sport (this is where I fall in)

    The last fourth is those juicing, can't bend so I'll do it all with no technique and then hit the weights again, type bastards.

    Anyways, the girl I injured myself with was actually a nice 125lb flyer who just got lazy and sat back too far in a stunt when I popped it off. Shit happens.

    So does anyone actually have constructive ono-flaming ideas for basic workouts?
