I'm down, but on the last contest i didn't have a big 3 'big enough'
I'm fucking IN. Let's do this over a period of 8 weeks. I don't think you'll see any serious results in anything shorter than that.

nah...this contest will be open to anybody that wants to participate...only 1 rule...
1. post up the exercise youre doing and what youre eating for the day...
we can start this contest fresh next Monday...if you can take some initial pictures...and we'll take 2 week progress pictures for 8 weeks and see how everybody is coming along?

sure, but I don't feel like writing a log. I say just 2 progress pics every 2 weeks: 1 with ABs flexed, 1 relaxed.

Same here, but I'll try and do it as much as possible.
With my work schedule it's the last thing I want to do when I get home. Tomorrow is kinda the monday of my work week, so I'm gonna get a 6 day head start.
