if you noticed some heartburn recently, im betting its the multis :o

i was taking one-a-days for a long time, and recently switched to a more expensive brand, and magically my heartburn disappeared :wiggle:

one-a-days and basically any Multi you find at a brick and mortar store tend to be way overpriced for what they deliver.

You can get a better multi for cheaper online.

I bought cheap ones once. Within five minutes it would take everything I had to not puke which lasted about twenty minutes after taking them. I switched back to good ones and never had that problem again. This wasn't one a days though.

i've been taking one-a-day women's on and off for about 3 years ( i say on and off because there are just sometimes that I just couldn't go buy a new bottel when i ran out), and have never had an issue.

I take a multi pill once in the morning and once at night. Not problems here for me.

Probably getting heartburn/stomach pain because you aren't taking it with a meal (they're fat soluble).

Does the same thing if you take a calcium supp, feels like you have a rock in your stomach.
