friend of mine is in need of a wedding photographer, as well as a videographer but i'm just looking for the photographer. i'll be working under you. i would have taken the job but i don't have the experience to lead something that important.

if anybody is interested, pm me.

also, any advice for shooting with indoor/low-light situations? i don't have an external flash or strobes or anything fancy like that :wtc:

the date is august 23rd, an 8 hour job about

got it, looks good. i'm pretty sure we'll be able to do this better with a few of us rather than the pair i thought out in the beginning.

what do you guys shoot with, lenses, gear, etc?

    What? Why? :mamoru:

I'm honestly am way more creative when buzzed :o. But seriously, I have to read a shitton of shit to research/review about wedding photography before I can actually allow myself to begin.

Also what type of wedding is it?

I don't think I've been to a wedding with more than 2 photographers.

As for gear... Canon 5D, 24-105, and 50 1.4. Camera doesn't make the photographer. I'm just looking for some experience :hs:.

    i figured 3-4 of us...mebbe...i only have a 18-70, 28-105, 70-210, and two 50's, one macro, one f/1.7

and i think i have some crappy 80-200 laying around somewhere...

no flash. but we can all shoot for experience, i'm sure we'll produce some quality stuff...at least to them? :dunno:

    No flash?

Haha I really wouldn't take this lightly. Wedding photography is very tough and no matter how much anyone reads about it, they won't be good at it unless they've shot a lot of them. And you only get one chance at doing it right.

    Find a real professional.

Also, ynless the wedding is huge, you don't want more than 2 photographers or else you're just going to get the way.
