i fucking love noodles that are spicy as hell, full of veggies and chicken or beef. But know these noodles aren't that great for me and usually prepared with god knows what else.

    anyone have any recipes?

    You can buy Spaghetti Squash.

It is a vegetable (squash) and when you pull the meat out it comes out like spaghetti and can be used in dishes as a replacement for noodles.
I've only tried it once, and it was decent but you have to get used to it. If you throw it in a stirfry pan they get nice and crispy and are quite good.

It's good for you, and most importantly very low in carbs.

    Yeah, that shit is good.

And if you cook it in some olive oil in the pan the noodles get kinda crispy
