I have been doing the same set of bi, tri, back, chest, and shoulder workouts for months now. Needless to say I am board and looking for some suggestions of other exercises to substitute and vary with my current routine . I workout 5 days a week (one area of the body per day) and am going for more of an endurance training/definition than bulk. Here is what I currently do:
    for each exercise I do 4 sets of 15, 10, 10, 8 reps

    bis:
    Preacher curls
sideways dumbbell lifts (lift a dumbbell parallel to you body)
dumbbell curls on a incline bench
    revers preacher curls

    chest:
    Bench or dumbbell bench
    Incline bench or dumbbell incline
    decline bench or dumbbell decline
    flies
    standing machine press

    back:
    backwards flies
roman dead lifts or trap bar dead lifts
    sitting machine rows
    lat pulls or pull ups
    back raises

    triceps:
    over head dumbbell lifts
    scull crushers
    arm extensions
    individual arm extensions
    dips weighted or standard

    shoulders:
    dumbbell extensions
    shrugs
    upright rows
    dumbbell or standard military press
    anterior deltoid lift with dumbbell
    posterior deltoid lift with dumbbell

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks
