Any advice about my diet v. FITDAY

    i just tallied what I’ve been eating on fitday, i didn’t realize i had so few calories. I've been eating 8 times a day to just eat this much, it’s really hard.

    how can i get more cals and still clean bulk? i'm 155lbs lift everyday and try to run every other day.

    update, i still need to find some more calories, but i think some more peanutbutter and another shake will take care of this.

    Here are some main points to address:

    1) Bulking @ 2,100 cals is laughable. That is what most guys here cut at. You need to have your cal's at 3,000 at least for a bulk... Perhaps higher depending how active you are and how your metabolism is.

    2) Your fats are way too low. 35g of fat is nothing, and contrary to the ignorant public belief, fat is good. Just stay away from fried food fats and such. But fats coming from nuts, olive oil, peanut butter, red meat, etc... are necessary. Not to mention fats from red meat increase test levels in the body.

    3) Carbs are too high in comparison to your fat and cals. When bulking you want carbs, but you do not want carbs that out of proportion. The good news is that you are getting "good" carbs in your body. Once you up your cals, fat, and protein you should up your carbs too... but only once you get everything else up.

    4) 203g's of protein is not bad for your weight (155) but in ratio to your carbs it is not ideal. You need to create a balance.

    So basically: Up your cals by about a 1,000 for your bulk. Up your fats considerably to nearly 100g's. Keep carbs around the 300g level, but keep that protein high. You want that "pie chart" in fitday to show fat and protein as a larger percentage than they currently are.

    not rough on your stomach? at least throw a chicken sandwich or protein bar in there instead of a shake for solidarity's sake

    it's really hard to clean bulk, i really have no idea what to eat to add cals.

    Jesus, what are you doing man, eat some fucking meat. It's a bulk, not ethiopian starvation contest if you can't make the calories cleanly, than don;t fucking try. Eat some god damn hamburgers, steak, and chicken. Fry some shit, shit man just eat. your shit is not even that clean. I am cutting Eat mroe than you, and cleaner, and I am MOTHER FUCKING FATDUDE!

    you're kidding me right? i really think i'm pretty clean.

    i'm not dirty bulking, you're talking about stuffing myself with crap, which i agree will work, but i rather be healthier then that.

    also i live in an area where i can't get halal meat (muslim for kosher), so fish is the only thing i can eat meatwise. Nothing i can do about it.

    YOU NEED TO EAT FAT TO BULK OR CUT

    Regardless of bulking or cutting, I always try to get 80 - 120 g of fat per day. This has ALREADY BEEN SAID in this damn thread, but fats like cheese, steak, nuts, oil, etc are all i guess what you would consider 'clean'. Fuck in your case, i'd almost tell you to dirty bulk since I can't imagine how skinny you must be.
