i just tallied what I’ve been eating on fitday, i didn’t realize i had so few calories. I've been eating 8 times a day to just eat this much, it’s really hard. how can i get more cals and still clean bulk? i'm 155lbs lift everyday and try to run every other day. update, i still need to find some more calories, but i think some more peanutbutter and another shake will take care of this.
