I just filled up my 300 gig . Is there any place I get get a 500+ gig for >$100? I need an IDE form.
They are all priced greater than $100
i already checked newegg. shit...i used the wrong symbol, i meant < (that one means less than, right? it looks like the L)
1. Delete a bunch of shit.
2. Empty the Recycle Bin.
3. Turn on compression on files you don't use very often.
4. Come up with a more secure way to store your data, instead of putting half a terabyte on a single disk and hoping it doesn't die.
5. My second-grade math teacher taught us that the < and > signs were like hungry crocodiles -- they always eat the larger number.
i think you'll be pretty hard pressed for sub 100, but you can get one for just over 100.
If you're not in a hurry, keep your eye on Fatwallet.com
You can find a 16mb Seagate 500gb for around $100 if you keep checking there.
watch slickdeals.net. cheap hard drives tend to pop up like every other week. i got a 500 gb for a little under $100 (through fry's through slickdeals)
hungry sharks, not crocodiles

usually you can find a 500gb maxtor drive for right around $100 maybe on sale
i usually wait for seagates to drop to around $100 though. i think they go for $120 normally
