Well I have a 2004 Yamaha Banshee and I felt there needed a little place for all the people not riding street bikes. Well here she is...[IMG]

I'm not into quads, but love 2-stroke dirt bikes... I switched to a 4-stroke mid last year, and although I'm happy w/ the power, the maint really sucks... I'm thinking of switching back to a 2-smoker this year...

I'm starting to miss the 2's. I loved the noise and smell, but now most MX'ers are using 4 strokes. They have gotten so much better they are just outclassing the 2's.

I really wouldnt drive that far to go to Glamis for T-Day. Its such a madhouse out there you arent safe riding at all. Do yourself a big favor and go on a non-holiday.

To add to the thread, I ride a CR500. [IMG]

I have a Raptor, but I'd love to find a good deal on a 250R for MX. I miss the twostroke punch that my Blaster had.

03 YZ250 right here..... my first bike was an old four stroke and then i went two stroke andhavent looked back. Nothing beats the hit and sound and smell of a two stroke not to mention the lack of engine braking.

Just bought an 03 kx250 this weekend... I still plan to continue racing my 450 ktm in harescrambles, but am going to use the kx for mx duty... 2-strokes are such a blast to ride, I just hope it doesn't wear me out too bad as the powerband is much more brutal than my linear 450...

well 4 stroke has less maintenance, buy it's way more expensive and complex

2 stroke is more care, but so easy to do everything yourself!
