Great documentary about the metal band that never made it called Anvil. It was hilarious, sad yet funny, and ultimately uplifting. So many great scenes and great moments. When Anvil walked on stage in Japan, that sent shivers down my spine. This was the best documentary I've seen since the Hunter S. Thompson one in the fall.

    Any thoughts?

I really want to see this. I have a few Anvil albums and I think they fucking rock. I would assume their documentary is just so. I'm working for a dvd off Amazon or some shit.

I didn't know who Anvil were, have never heard their music and, truth is, what I did hear in the documentary sucked (just not my musical taste, sorry).

The documentary itself kicked ass. Like someone else posted, the scene in Japan gave me severe goosebumps.
