Been working out for almost a year now, experienced some good gains. Seem to be at a plateau now and I'm looking for a boost. Currently only taking CEE. Would it be beneficial to take something like Nolvadex alone to boost testosterone levels? Or would it be better to stick to the more over the counter stuff (rebound XT) since I'm not taking it for PCT. I also have had gyno (puffy nipples) since puberty and am also looking for something to maybe help out with that as well. Thanks for the input.

If you've been lifting for only a year you're not even close to any kind of plateau. Either something is wrong with your routine or your diet.

Well, not exactly a plateau, but gains are a lot slower then they used to be.

yeah, that happens... noob gains are gone. Now you actually need a solid diet and routine to gain well.
