Another Routine Question

    I used to work 1 body part a day, 6 days a week. Recently I just switched up my routine to:

    Chest/tris
    Back/bi's
    Shoulders/legs
    Off/abs
    Then I repeat.

    Is this a recipe for injury/overtraining?
