Another picture loading problem in IE 6

    I posted about this a while back, and I finally figured it out. Well did a fresh install, and its happening again. I wish I remembered how I fixed it :mad:

    This is what it does whenever someone posts a pic on OT...

    there are some registry hacks that allow you to open more than 2 http connections to a server at once.

    if you've installed this, when you load a page, after IE downloads the html source and IE sees all the images it needs to load, it goes and tries to make eleventy billion simultaneous connections to the server to get all the images at once.

    so the server is like, "you greedy bitch :slap:" and gives IE error messages for some of the images.

    maybe this is what's wrong? :dunno:

    Well I d/l Mozilla Firebird and the pics load now....

    not in IE though, oh well :hs:

    Good call on the IE to Mozilla/Firebird switch! We have converted another one! :)
