I made up ANOTHER routine, don't take me too seriously, I'm not constantly switching, I just like to read more and more and make up routines. If by chance one of my routines is ever well recieved, maybe I'll give it a try. Until then I stick to routines made up by professionals. What do you guys think of this as a BB routine, reps in the 8-12 range, 3-4 sets/ exercise, 4 day split

125 reps abs every day (something I like to do, can include or not)

    Monday - Upper

    Deadlift
    Upright row
    Incline Bench
    Pullovers
    Close grip press,
Weighted dips (on bench behind, not parallel bars)
    Military Press
    Lateral raises

    Tuesday - Lower

    Back Squats
    Leg Curls
    Leg extension
    Standing Calf raises

    Thursday - Upper

    BOR’s,
    Pull ups
    Bench
    Parallel bar dips
    Tricep extensions
    Barbell curls
    Seated db curls
    Push presses
    DB arnold presses

    Friday - Lower

    Stiff legged deadlift
    Lunges
    Front squat ATG

No balance of volume on upper days versus lower days.
I would put deadlifts on lower days.

Try Arnold's routine haha, I'm out sick after 2 weeks jumping in headfirst, by the last few workouts before I got sick my strength was down about 20-30% because of exhaustion and I spent the week aching and fatigued. Overtraining ftw.

    8 exercises in one day?

Exactly how much time do you expect to spend at the gym?

And you're repeating body parts all over the place - tris on monday and thursday, hams on tuesday and Friday.

    I dunno. I don't see the value.

cut out the ab work every day. abs are just like any other muscle in your body, it takes time to heal.
