so, i'm taking this costco protein powder stuff... really not too bad, especially for the price

I'm almost out and i was thinking about switching to muscle milk, but it's so damn expensive... is there anything special about it, besides the taste?
I read something about it helping to build lean muscle, but that could all be bullshit

any other supplements I should be taking to "lean out?" (not trying to cut, still trying to build muscle, just lean muscle)

    i use ON whey.
    http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=62
    serving size = ~29g or 1 scoop
    protein per serving = ~23.5

    muscle milk
    http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=138
    serving size - 2 scoops
    18g of fat
    32g of protein
    12g of carbs

it all depends if you want all the extra fat & carbs in your shake.

and the vanilla is actually pretty decent tasting.
i just bought the cocoa flavor last night to make chocolate protein pudding, i didnt like the flavor of it in the shake, tasted like the left over milk in cocoa krispies :ugh:

i prefer my chocolate treats to be thick :o

You're gonna gain some fat in the pursuit of muscle gain bro. It's just the way it is. Unless you're a noob.

well if u want a protein shake get a protein shake.

musclemilk's has calories too so its sorta a weight gainer to a extent.

    Total Calories 348

in one serving. its a growth formula according to is bulknutrition info.

we all wish it were that simple

to gain muscle you are going to be eating a lot more than your body needs...muscle is built, but you gain fat in the process as well
